Steve Hellman
Chairman and President

Steve Hellman (age 42) serves as President. Formerly he was the President of Antion Development Limited, the predecessor of Stonebridge. He has been involved in the Russian real estate business since 1995, having successfully executed sixteen development and redevelopment projects in Moscow. In addition, Steve has executed several successful real estate projects in the United States, Australia and Israel. Steve is also Chairman and co-founder of OILspace, a Web-based technology solutions provider for the international oil industry. Earlier Steve co-founded one of the world's top oil trading companies and before that managed energy investments for Clarendon (now Glencore). He has supervised several hundred employees in various of his Moscow-based companies and has owned a residence in Moscow since 1991. He holds an MS in Industrial Engineering and a BS in Political Science and Slavic Languages from Stanford University.

Marc Warren, Director of Capital Markets
Vice Chair (CFO)
Marc Warren (age 44) is responsible for the company debt and equity capitalization and as a vice chair seeks to help Stonebridge operate at the top level of corporate governance and strategy. He owns and operates Linear Realty Capital, a New York-based advisor and investor in commercial real estate properties and debt and has worked in the field since 1985. Previously, he was a partner in Black Creek Capital (an owner and operator of commercial real estate platforms in the US and Mexico); while at Black Creek, he was the founding President of Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust, a non-traded, public REIT that raised over $800 million in equity in over $1.2 billion in transactions while he ran it. Previously, he worked on Wall Street helping to lead the commercial real estate origination businesses at UBS and Credit Suisse from 1992-2005. Earlier, Marc was an investment banker at CSFB involved in early commercial mortgage securitizations bulk sales, and REIT offerings; from 1985-1992, he was an investor involved in real state debt situations at Heller Financial. He holds a degree from the real estate program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and studied under Professor James Graaskamp.
Alex Nakhmanovich
General Director (CIS)
Alex Nakhmanovich (age 36) is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company and reports to Mr. Hellman. He has 10 years experience in management of project development in emerging markets worldwide, the last years on behalf of Antion. Alex managed and coordinated the activities of various parties involved in project due diligence and development work, including strategists, marketing specialists, technical experts, financial analysts and researchers. Alex graduated from Pepperdine University, California majoring in International Finance.
John Markley
Investment Comittee
John (age 46) has been Managing Director of a private company active in real estate development and venture capital projects involving Steve Hellman since 1998. He has overseen the sourcing, financing and management of numerous development projects in various US markets ranging from land development to commercial redevelopment. He has also participated in several venture capital projects. Earlier John worked in the software development industry for 15 years as an engineer and project manager. He has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Arizona.
